Terms of Sale and Use

Each course or programme page states what is included, and for The CASC Academy, enrolment gives one named person: the station library, the 12 Weeks to the CASC workbook, the candidates' WhatsApp group, the examiner's notes by email, and a certificate of completion, while coaching is sold separately

Prices are shown at checkout in GBP, Paddle applies any tax due in your country before you pay, founding-cohort prices apply to a stated number of enrolments and end when those are taken, and price changes do not affect purchases already made

Our Refund Policy at medlexsolutions.com/refund-policy forms part of these Terms, in summary: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 3 stations, and coaching sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are refundable, while sessions cancelled later, or missed, are not

Groups are for enrolled learners only, members must treat others with courtesy and must not share course content, examination content, or any patient or third-party information, we may remove anyone who does, WhatsApp's own terms apply, your phone number is visible to other members, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time without affecting your access

Coaching is booked through the Site, packages must be used within the period stated at purchase (5 sessions: 3 months; 10 sessions: 6 months) after which unused sessions expire, you may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session, and coaching is examination preparation, not clinical supervision or advice on any real patient

Keep your details accurate and your login secure, do not attempt to interfere with the Site or copy content by automated means, and we may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, while serious breaches (sharing, redistribution) are not refunded

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but cannot guarantee it, and if a course is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your access period, we extend your access by the same period

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, otherwise our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for examination outcomes, loss of earnings, or indirect loss

The version of these Terms in force when you buy applies to that purchase, and we will email existing customers about material changes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and consumers also keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live
