14-day refund

If you ask within 14 days of purchase and have completed no more than 3 stations (measured by Exam Mode completions), we refund you in full, email info@medlexsolutions.com or use Paddle's buyer support ⚑, and refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days

After 14 days, or after more than 3 stations, purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise

Immediate access

At checkout you confirm that you want access straight away and understand this affects your statutory 14 day cancellation right for digital content, and our 14 day refund above applies in its place

Technical failure

If a fault on our side stops you using the course and we cannot fix it within 7 days, you may choose a full refund at any point in your access period

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before a session: no charge; a paid single session is refunded in full
Cancel later than 24 hours before, or miss a session: the session is treated as used and is not refunded
Packages: unused sessions expire at the end of the package period (5 sessions: 3 months; 10 sessions: 6 months) and are not refunded
If we cancel a session, you choose an alternative time or a refund for that session
Small-group sessions that do not fill within [30] days of booking: refund, or transfer to a one-to-one session at the difference in price
